Jelena Dokic was born 12 April 1983, is a tennis player who has played for both Australia and Serbia and Montenegro, and currently plays for Australia. Her career-high ranking is No. 4, but by the end of 2005 had slipped to 349th place in the singles rankings of the Women's Tennis Association (WTA).

Dokic's career highpoints include beating No. 1 ranked Kim Clijsters at the 2003 Zurich Open (October) as well as Venus Williams in 1999. She was ranked No. 4 in 2002 (a career high), No. 14 in 2003, and No. 25 in 2004.
